Wrath of Gold is an incantation spell in Elden Ring. It is one of the Erdtree Worship Incantations.
Description[]
Superior Erdtree Worship incantation.
Produces a golden shockwave that knocks back nearby foes. Charging increases the size of the shockwave.
This incantation was discovered when the Elden Ring was shattered, and it was feared as a sign of the Erdtree's wrath.
Acquisition[]
Loot: Altus Plateau
- Found in a treasure chest in the cellar of Woodfolk Ruins. The cellar is located in a cluster of ruins in the southeasternmost quarter of the forest.
Effect[]
Quickly lets loose a golden shockwave, with Holy Attack Power equal to 350% of Incantation Scaling and affects enemies within a 4-meter radius of the caster.
Charging the spell increases Attack Power to 420% of Incantation Scaling and the attack radius to 5 meters.
Notes[]
- Costs 44 points of Stamina to cast. Charging the spell increases the cost to 57 points of Stamina.
- Deals 12 Stance damage when not charged and 17 Stance damage when charged.
- Attack Power is boosted by 15% by the Godfrey Icon if charged.
- Since charging the spell already increases Attack Power by 20%, wearing the talisman increases charged Attack Power by a total of 38%.
- Can be cast while riding Torrent.
- Sends human-sized enemies flying if they are hit, even when the incantation isn't charged.
Trivia[]
- Patch 1.07 increased stamina attack power against guarded enemies.
- This increased the Stamina damage against guarding enemies from 221 to 240 for the uncharged version and from 251 to 290 for the charged version.
- This patch also split the Stamina damage against guarding enemy players, increasing it to 300 for the uncharged version and to 362 for the charged version.
