Unique Skill: Glintstone Dart is a Skill in Elden Ring. It is exclusive to the Glintstone Kris.
Description[]
Effect[]
Fires a Magic projectile with 155 base Magic Attack Power and resembles Great Glintstone Shard when uncharged and Glintstone Cometshard when charged, with the base Attack Power also increasing to 190 when charged. Using a heavy attack afterwards initiates a long-range thrust, hitting with 170% of the weapon's Attack Power.
Notes[]
- Essentially a version of the Skill: Glintstone Pebble that costs 2 more FP and where the projectile is chargeable, granting a 23% Attack Power increase.
- The projectile scales purely of off Intelligence while the thrust depends on the weapon's own Attack Power, meaning it benefits mainly from Dexterity and Intelligence.
- Will always have at least 620 (760 if charged) Attack Power at +10.
- At +10 and with minimum weapon requirement stats, 20 Intelligence, it has 665 Attack Power (815 Attack Power if charged), at 45 Intelligence it has 702 Attack Power (860 Attack Power if charged), at 60 Intelligence the beam has 715 Attack Power (876 Attack Power if charged), and at 80 Intelligence it has 726 Attack Power (890 Attack Power if charged).
- At 80 Intelligence the regular version of the skill is equivalent in Attack Power to a regular Comet spell cast with 249 Sorcery Scaling while the charged version is equivalent in Attack Power to a charged Comet spell cast with 244 Sorcery Scaling.
- Will always have at least 620 (760 if charged) Attack Power at +10.
- The projectile benefits from the Godfrey Icon when charged, increasing the Attack Power by a further 15% (41% total Attack Power increase).
- As a Magic-based skill it benefits from the Spellblade's Set Attack Power bonus.
- While the projectile deals no Stance damage, the follow-up thrust deals a whopping 30, more than any other dagger attack (the strongest dagger attack normally is the charged heavy attack, with 18 Stance damage).
- This is considerably more Stance damage than the Glintstone Pebble skill, which on a dagger will deal 3 Stance damage on the projectile and 12 on the follow-up thrust.
Trivia[]
- Patch 1.06 increased the range of the projectile but decreased the damage and the stagger, preventing the projectile and the thrust from chaining into each other automatically.
- Patch 1.07 increased the range, speed and damage of the magic projectile and made it penetrate through enemies when uncharged.
- The base Attack Power of the uncharged and charged projectiles were increased from 140 to 155 and from 170 to 190 respectively.
