- Give to Nepheli Loux at Roundtable Hold after defeating Morgott, the Omen King to progress her questline.
Acquisition[]
Location: Chapel of Anticipation
- Use an Imbued Sword Key to activate the Sending Gate at The Four Belfries labeled "Precipice of Anticipation."
- Return to the Chapel of Anticipation and defeat the Grafted Scion.
- Enter the previously locked side door and ascend to the rooftop to find The Stormhawk King.
Notes[]
- Delivering this item to Nepheli is required to progress her questline to its final stage at the Stormveil Castle throne room.
- The following prerequisites must be met to obtain and give this item to Nepheli:
- Assist Roderika in becoming a Spirit Tuner.
- Defeat the Omenkiller in the Village of the Albinaurics.
- Speak to Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing and select the Nepheli's Despair option.
- This item cannot be given to Nepheli Loux after Maliketh, the Black Blade has been defeated.
- The Stormhawk King is not a Spirit Ash item.
