The Four Belfries is a location and Site of Grace in Elden Ring.
Overview[]
The Four Belfries sit atop a hill in western Liurnia of the Lakes, north of the Minor Erdtree and south of Caria Manor. Constructed by the civilization that created the imps, catacombs, and Stonesword Keys, the great Belfries are adorned with baldachins and images of the nameless bearded god of the Ancient Dynasty. They are protected by Headless Troll Knights, not unlike the Mausoleum Knights who guard the Wandering Mausoleums.
Three of the belfries host Sending Gates which will allow access to remote regions of the Lands Between, and must be unlocked using Imbued Sword Keys. One such key can be found in a treasure chest at the foot of the northernmost belfry.
A sign is posted outside each sending gate, teasing its destination. The sending gates lead to these locations:
- Chapel of Anticipation ("Precipice of Anticipation"): The area where the game began. The player may return to defeat the Grafted Scion if they did not at the start, as well as obtain The Stormhawk King and Stormhawk Deenh.
- Crumbling Farum Azula ("Crumbling Lands"): An isolated section of Farum Azula, where the player may obtain a Pearldrake Talisman.
- Siofra River ("Night Sky Unceasing"): A cliff overlooking Nokron, Eternal City. The player may fight a Crucible Knight and find a Mottled Necklace.

Notes[]
- The bearded man depicted with branches may be the same figure represented in statue form clutching a tablet in the ruins associated with the Ancient Dynasty.
- It may also be the old man found in the stone coffins.
- It is unconfirmed whether these belfries were rung to beckon spirits in a manner similar to Wandering Mausoleums, Spirit Calling Bell, Spiritcaller Snail, and Wraith Calling Bell.
- There is a Fifth Belfry on the Scadu Altus behind Castle Ensis. It leads to a hidden area within the Ancient Ruins of Rauh.
