hello, sorry but I was already thinking about this when I was going through the demigod category page, but are the characters like Godfroy (and the grafted scions that are listed on this page) ever specifically mentioned as being demigods, or are they just members of the Golden Lineage and are these two things interchangeable, i.e. are Golden Lineage members all considered automatically demigods? Godrick def is, but that could be due to his special status as a shardbearer, or the fact that he occupied the throne in Layndell, as Morgott mentions him.

Regarding Godefroy, we know from the description of Godrick's Great Rune that "he first demigods were The Elden Lord Godfrey and his offspring, the golden lineage". Since Godefroy is a member of the Golden Lineage (hence the Evergaol name) he would count as a demigod, since the game never makes an exception to members of the lineage being Demigods. The Grafted Scions are implied to be dregs of the golden lineage by the description of the Ornamental Straight Sword, but you're right that the game isn't explicit about it and it could be debated that they aren't part of the lineage. This kind of discussion might be easier on the discord, as fandom isn't very well equipped for active discussions.
