Suppressing Pillar is a location within the Realm of Shadow in Shadow of the Erdtree.
Overview[]
The Suppressing Pillar is the center of the Lands Between. It stands on a plateau on the eastern side of the Gravesite Plain and is visible throughout the realm. The pillar suppresses the Death drawn to the land of spiritgraves.[1][2][3]
The entrance at its base remains open, leading to an elevator that ascends to the top. A gravestone and a treasure chest containing an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone can be found at the summit.

This area is unpopulated but the road is guarded by Gravebirds.

Notes[]
- There are no Sites of Grace at the Suppressing Pillar.
- The gravestone at the top of the tower has the following inscription: "The very center of the Lands Between. All manners of Death wash up here, only to be suppressed."
- The Suppressing Pillar shares architectural features with structures built by the ancient dynasty.
- At night, a Larval Tear (Spirit) can be found in a fairy ring in an empty area north-northeast of the Suppressing Pillar, near the cliffs overlooking the Abyssal Woods.
