Trolls are massive humanoid descendants of the Giants, recognized by the hole in their chest. The Stonedigger Trolls are remnants of a lineage that once saw smithing as a divine act. Their stone hammers are sacred relics of this lost craft,[1] still wielded by War Counselor Iji in the service of the Carian royals. The Trolls' heads bore old wounds.[2]
