The Shadow Keep, Church District is a legacy dungeon in the Realm of Shadow in Shadow of the Erdtree. This area of the map is revealed by Map: Scadu Altus.
Overview[]
The church district of the Shadow Keep is connected to the upper section of the Specimen Storehouse and the northern Scaduview. It is accessible from the road running north from Bonny Village and is the only path to the Scadutree Base.
This holy quarter was flooded by Messmer's army to prevent access to the Scadutree.[1] However, the lever to open the sluices can be reached by navigating the rooftops. Pushing the lever triggers a cutscene, drains the water, and reveals the lower half of the area.
There is an important tree with root-like branches in the central square. An elevator in the large church descends to the Tree-Worship Sanctum and Scadutree Base Sites of Grace in Scaduview.
