Sentry stones (見張り石, Mihari Ishi) are enemies in Elden Ring. They are typically passive wildlife unless provoked.

Overview[]

The stone sentries are ominous creatures made from living rock. Their cylindrical, tube-like bodies are long chains of rounded stones bound together by gravitational energy. A crater in the topmost rock bears a single eye. They enjoy crawling around like earthworms, and are typically passive. At night, their eyes beam bright purple light as they watch over the Evergaols in silence.

Moveset[]

  • There are a few different stone sentries. Each has a different move pool. You can distinguish them based upon their idle behaviors. Some sentries will defy gravity and spin around like tops, others might explode, and only a few may fire laser beams from their eyes.
