In essence, a primal glintstone is a sorcerer's soul.
If transplanted into a compatible new body after their original body dies, the sorcerer will rise again.

Quest: Sorceress Sellen. After defeating Starscourge Radahn and retrieving the Stars of Ruin Spell, talk to her imprisoned body within the Witchbane Ruins.

Bring it to the puppet of a Glintstone Sorceress behind the illusory wall within Preceptor Seluvis's chambers in Caria Manor to Trasplant primal glintstone to give Sellen a new body: afterwards, conclude her questline by interacting with either of the two signs outside Raya Lucaria Grand Library:
- Be summoned to challenge Sorceress Sellen?: invade Sellen and help Witch-Hunter Jerren kill her to be awarded with the Witch's Glintstone Crown and Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone x1.
- Be summoned to assist Sorceress Sellen?: join Sellen as a cooperator and help her kill Jerren to be awarded with his Eccentric's Set.
