Seek the Divine Tower of West Altus, which stands upon the precipice at the coast southwest of Leyndell.

A Great Rune of the shardbearer Rykard.
Its blessing restores HP upon defeating enemies.
Rykard was amongst the children of Rennala and Radagon who became demigod stepchildren after Radagon's union with Queen Marika.
But Rykard fed himself to the blasphemous serpent, Great Rune and all.

Effects[]

To use this item, it's first necessary to restore the Great Rune atop the Divine Tower of West Altus found past the Sealed Tunnel, south-east of the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace in Altus Plateau.

After equipping the Great Rune at any Site of Grace, upon consuming a Rune Arc, restores 80 HP plus 7% of max Vigor each time an enemy is killed: the effect will be lost upon death or if another Great Rune is equipped.

Notes[]

Great Runes will be lost upon entering New Game Plus and, once re-obtained, they'll have to be restored again.
