Regalia of Eochaid is a straight sword in Elden Ring.
Description[]
Treasured sword of Eochaid, a lesser, long-vanished domain. The copper coloration is not to be confused for rust, but is a conduit for its wielder to move it by their will alone.
Swords of Eochaid dance through the skies.
Unique Skill : Eochaid's Dancing Blade
Infuse the sword with energy, then fling it forwards in a corkscrew attack. The sword continuously deals damage while violently spinning. Charge the attack to increase reach and duration of the spin.

Acquisition[]
On a ledge at the beach bordering Caelid and Limgrave, to the east of the Third Church of Marika. It can be reached through the Gaol Cave or by using Torrent to perform some tricky jumps to ascend the cliff face onto its ledge.
Notes[]
- The skill, Eochaid's Dancing Blade, is both chargeable (benefiting from the Godfrey Icon) and actually counts for repeated-hits boosters such as the Winged Sword Insignias and Thorny Cracked Tear, something many other repeated-hits skills such as the Ghiza's Wheel's skill Spinning Wheel or the Ornamental Straight Sword's skill Golden Tempering's special heavy attacks don't.
- It's however somewhat outclassed by the Marais Executioner's Sword when it comes to dealing damage with the skill, as the latter is a Greatsword and thus has greater Attack Power for the skill to be based off.
- Since the skill's damage is based entirely of off the weapon's base Attack Power, and about a third of the Regalia's damage is Magic damage, Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear and Terra Magica functionally give +7% damage and +12% damage respectively if they can be set up beforehand.
- Though both the Dexterity-scaling and the Arcane-scaling may appear equal, and technically are as both are valued at 0.66, the Arcane-scaling actually applies to BOTH the Physical damage and the Magic damage. This effectively places it as a mid-tier B-scaling (1.08 scaling instead of 0.66 scaling). However, due to scaling falling off around 54 points in a damage stat (see the Weapon Scaling page) a hybrid Dexterity/Arcane build holds up fairly well.
- For comparison (unmentioned stats are at the minimum required level): 80 Arcane grants 631 Attack Power (AP), 45 Dexterity and 45 Arcane grants 618 AP, and 80 Dexterity grants 561 AP.
- With a pure Arcane build this weapon will outmatch Occult affinity Straight Swords by 90-100 AP. As this is largely due to the innate Magic damage, this can be somewhat misleading in its performance if enemies are resistant to that damage type.
Upgrade Information[]
- Upgraded with Somber Smithing Stones.
- Cannot have its Affinity and Skill changed.
- The upper number in the Atk column denotes Physical base damage while the lower, colored number in the Atk column denotes elemental base damage: red for Fire damage, yellow for Lightning damage, orange for Holy damage, and cyan for Magic damage.
- See the Weapon Scaling page for what the scaling values mean.

Trivia[]
- Patch 1.07 reduced the delay between the end of various actions (such as using items or attack animations) and being able to perform the skill.
- Patch 1.04 increased travel distance, added a window to roll during the attack to cancel the animation.
- Applies to the skill.
