A Site of Grace accessed after beating Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree. It's what connects Miquella's Haligtree with Ephael, Brace of the Haligtree.
It's guarded by a Cleanrot Knight (Spear). Every time the area is reloaded, The Cleanrot Knight (Spear) will respawn.
Millicent can be found here after advancing her quest.
