Pidia, Carian Servant is an merchant NPC in Elden Ring.
Overview[]
Pidia, Carian Servant is an elderly First-Generation Albinauric who serves as keeper of the puppets in Caria Manor in northwestern Liurnia of the Lakes. He can only be reached through a secret shortcut. from the Three Sisters area, go down onto the tower below Seluvis's Rise. A meek and ingratiating fellow, he will attempt to gain favor with The Tarnished (Protagonist) by selling them rare items from his storeroom. He loves his puppets with all of his silver heart but at first calls them ghastly.[1][2]

Questline Progression[]
- Carian Manor
- If Ranni the Witch has not been given either the Fingerslayer Blade OR Seluvis' Amber Draught, the player can find Pidia on the second floor of the Manor Lower Level Site of Grace. However, he can only be reached from the building's rooftop. To gain access to him, the player must travel to the Three Sisters and follow the clifftop above Caria Manor southwest. Once there, the player can descend several platforms in order to safely reach the Manor rooftop below. When first talking with Pidia, he will offer to sell you a number of rare items from his storeroom.
- Carian Manor
- If Ranni the Witch has been given either the Fingerslayer Blade OR Seluvis' Amber Draught, the player will hear Pidia crying out in pain when approaching his location. Upon reaching him, the player will find Pidia lying dead, surrounded by the puppet soldiers he once maintained. The player can loot Pidia's Bell Bearing from his corpse, as well as one of two puppets depending upon certain conditions. If the player has already given Seluvis' Potion to Nepheli Loux, Pidia will drop the Nepheli Loux Puppet. If the player has not given Seluvis' Potion to Nepheli Loux, Pidia will drop Dolores the Sleeping Arrow Puppet, instead.

Notes[]
- He's in an area in which you can't fight, which means he can't be killed under normal circumstances. When it is revealed in Ranni the Witch's questline that Seluvis is a puppet, Pidia will subsequently be killed by his Raya Lucaria Soldier puppets before a The Tarnished (Protagonist) champion arrives.
- He sells the Weathered Map to the Amber Starlight required for Seluvis's Amber Draught that he wants Ranni the Witch to drink so he can make her into a doll, even though she is already a doll.[3][4][5][6]
- If Seluvis dies before a puppet reward can be given by him, then dead Pidia will drop the puppet.
