Miranda the Blighted Bloom is an optional boss in Elden Ring. She is fought as a duo alongside an Omenkiller in the Perfumer's Grotto.
Background[]
- Main article: Miranda Blossom
Miranda the Blighted Bloom was a fully-grown Miranda Blossom with pink petals covered in a yellow blight and purple splotches. This poisonous breed of man-eating flower was said to have been an aspect of the Crucible in an age long past.[1][2] By raising its anthers high into the air, it may summon a downpour of holy light.
The powdery, fragrant pollen produced by Miranda and her offspring was harvested by perfumers for use in their aromatics since antiquity.[3] Miranda took root within the Perfumer's Grotto and was later infected with a festering blight. Her affliction spread to the other flowers grown in the cave.

| Poison Mist | The flower slowly shuts its petals before releasing a lingering cloud of pollen, rapidly appling Poison buildup. |
| Pollen Blast | The flower withdraws its petals and performs a slight shake before releasing an explosive burst of pollen. Deals Standard damage, applies Poison buildup, and knocks back nearby targets. |
Locations[]
Miranda is guarded by an Omenkiller perfumer deep within the Perfumer's Grotto. Her lair is home to a large number of miranda sprouts and blossoms.
Notes[]
- Miranda likely originated in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, which were concealed within the Realm of Shadow.[1]
- A Withered Astel also lurks within the Perfumer's grotto. Its head resembles a Great Dragonfly Head, which is believed to ward off poison.[4]
Trivia[]
- Miranda's Prayer, an item that was cut from the final version of the game, described Miranda as a maiden who became the first miranda flower during an age of the Crucible.[5]
- Malenia and St. Trina are other characters who transform into flowers.
- The Miranda Blossom boss in Tombsward Cave was called "Miranda the Blighted Bloom" in an earlier version of Elden Ring.
