Miquella's Needle is a key item in Elden Ring. This item is part of Millicent's questline.
Description[]
One of the unalloyed gold needles that Miquella crafted to ward away the meddling of outer gods.
Capable of subduing the flame of frenzy if inherited, allowing one to cheat fate and avoid becoming Lord of Frenzied Flame.
However, the needle is as yet unfinished and can only be used in the heart of the storm beyond time said to be found in Farum Azula.

Location: Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree
- Miquella's Needle is obtained by interacting with Malenia's Scarlet Aeonia flower near the
Malenia, Goddess of Rot Site of Grace in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. This interaction only occurs while holding the Unalloyed Gold Needle, which is acquired from Millicent after helping her defeat her sisters.
- If Malenia's flower is absent, reload the area by resting at a Site of Grace.
Use[]
This item can only be used within the arena of Dragonlord Placidusax in Crumbling Farum Azula: dispels the Flame of Frenzy inherited from the Three Fingers in the depths of Leyndell, allowing to attain a different ending from the Lord of Frenzied Flame finale.
Notes[]
Once Miquella's Needle is used, the burn marks from the Three Fingers will remain. However, the Frenzied Flame eye variation will be removed. The burn marks may be removed by Renalla during character customization, and they may also be reapplied at any time.
