Marika's Soreseal is a talisman in Elden Ring.
Description[]
This legendary talisman is an eye engraved with an Elden Rune, said to be the seal of Queen Marika.
Greatly raises mind, intelligence, faith, and arcane, but also increases damage taken by a similar measure.
Solemn duty weighs upon the one beholden; not unlike a gnawing curse from which there is no deliverance.

Effects[]
It gives +5 to Mind, Intelligence, Faith, and Arcane but increase damage received by +15%. This is considered a variant of Marika's Scarseal, and the two cannot be equipped at the same time.
Acquisition[]
- Obtained from a chalice in southeastern Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. The chalice resides inside a room locked by a semi-transparent fog wall, which can be unlocked by inserting one Stonesword Key into the adjacent imp statue.
- From Elphael Inner Wall, head east to the courtyard once guarded by an Erdtree Avatar, and climb down the ladder at the southeast end of this area. Proceed southeast/clockwise through this lowermost level of Elphael to reach the fog wall.
- Alternatively, and likely much easier, from Prayer Room proceed northeast to a buttress that can is within jump reach, use it to reach a connected pillar, drop to a ledge below that surrounds the pillar, and jump eastward from the pillar to the top of a rampart, patrolled by an Erdtree Avatar. Proceed to the southern end of this rampart, and jump over the inner railing to reach the fog wall.
