- Present the soaked Lord of Blood's Favor to White Mask Varré and select Anoint Me to receive the Bloody Finger.
- Speak to him again to obtain the Pureblood Knight's Medal, which grants access to Mohgwyn Palace.
Acquisition[]
Location: Rose Church, Liurnia of the Lakes
- Obtained by soaking the Lord of Blood's Favor in a maiden's blood. This is done during White Mask Varré's questline by choosing one of the following options:
- Interact with the corpse of the Tarnished's own Finger Maiden at the Chapel of Anticipation (requires an Imbued Sword Key to access the Sending Gate at The Four Belfries).
- Interact with the corpse of Vyke's Finger Maiden at the Church of Inhibition near the
Frenzied Flame Village Outskirts. - Kill Irina of Morne at the Bridge of Sacrifice in the Weeping Peninsula, or, if already deceased, kill Lightseeker Hyetta at any of her locations.

- This blood-drenched Lord of Blood's Favor displays an emblem associated with the Mohgwyn Dynasty.
- The ritual of soaking the favor in a sacrificial maiden’s blood is an initiation rite for the Pureblood Knights.[1]
