Legendary Talismans is an Achievement/Trophy in Elden Ring. Its name and description are visible at all times before being unlocked by the player, while being valued as a Silver Trophy on PlayStation and worth 30G on Xbox.

Acquisition

Acquired after obtaining all legendary Talismans on a single character. The required ones being:

Talisman	Acquisition
Radagon's Soreseal	Loot: Dragonbarrow Found on a corpse inside Fort Faroth. Past the Man-Bats, Radahn Soldier Puppets and Giant Rats.
Radagon Icon	Loot: Academy of Raya Lucaria Found in a treasure chest on the second floor of the Debate Parlor.
Godfrey Icon	Boss Drop: Altus Plateau Drops from Godefroy the Grafted in the Golden Lineage Evergaol.
Moon of Nokstella	Loot: Nokstella, Eternal City Found in a treasure chest under a large throne, located inside a building at the end of the upper walkways.
Marika's Soreseal	Loot: Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree Found inside a room requiring a Stonesword Key to access. The room is located in the lower levels near the Prayer Room Site of Grace, guarded by a myriad of Royal Revenants.
Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman	Loot: Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree Past the Drainage Channel Site of Grace, found in a treasure chest on a second floor inside the church infested with Kindred of Rot.
Old Lord's Talisman	Loot: Crumbling Farum Azula Found in a treasure chest towards the end of Farum Azula guarded by an invading Recusant Bernahl and several Beastmen.
Erdtree's Favor +2	Loot: Leyndell, Ashen Capital Found on dead tree roots outside the eastern ramparts. It can be accessed from the Forbidden Lands Sites of Grace to the east and is guarded by three Ulcerated Tree Spirits lurking in the ash.

All of these items can alternatively be acquired by having another player give them away in online play. The Achievement/Trophy does not distinguish between these methods.
