Diallos Hoslow is an NPC in Elden Ring.
Background[]
Diallos Hoslow is a scion of House Hoslow and the younger brother of Juno Hoslow. From a young age, Diallos was all talk and no trousers, with an inability to commit to action. As a result, Juno inherited the Hoslow legacy without resistance. Juno loved his brother dearly and showered him with adoration. Diallos, in turn, admired his brother, a mighty warrior who lived up to the bloody legacy of House Hoslow. Diallos aspired to be like his older brother, knowing that pursuing the bloody legacy of their house would break his brother's heart.
Diallos had a servant by the name of Lanya and the two were companions since childhood. At some point, the two set out on a journey in the Lands Between, but Diallos lost track of the fickle Lanya, and the two became separated. He made his way to Roundtable Hold where he implored the Hold's visitors to keep an eye out for Lanya.
Diallos eventually managed to track Lanya down to Liurnia of the Lakes, where he found her dead. He deduced that the recusants of the Volcano Manor were behind her death and swore vengeance upon them. He tracked them down to their hideout on Mt. Gelmir, but when the proprietor of the manor, Lady Tanith, offered him a place among them, flattering him by telling him he had the stuff of champions, Diallos abandoned his vengeance and decided to join the manor as a recusant.
Diallos pursued the path of a recusant, dirtying his hands time and again, but soon came to realize his folly. Having achieved nothing, he declared himself a complete fool, just as his brother had said, for abandoning the path of revenge and sullying the name of his house.
Diallos left the Volcano Manor and travelled to Jarburg, a settlement for Living Jars. Diallos became Jarburg's new "Potentate" and devoted himself to caring for the jars. Diallos was at peace with his new calling, feeling for the first time in his life that he was on the straight and narrow.
When Jarburg was invaded by jar-poachers, Diallos took up arms to defend his charges. He was mortally wounded in the battle, but managed to drive off the poachers and saved most of the jars. Diallos died at peace, having finally proven his worth.

Questline Progression[]
- Roundtable Hold
- (Optional) Diallos can be found in Roundtable Hold upon the player's first visit. He will ask you to look out for his servant, Lanya, who has gone missing.
- Liurnia of the Lakes (Academy Gate Town)
- Diallos will appear in Liurnia of the Lakes, northwest of the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace. Talk to him and exhaust his dialogue.
- Roundtable Hold
- Diallos will return to Roundtable Hold. Speak to him to learn the location of Volcano Manor.
- Mt. Gelmir (Volcano Manor}
- After joining the Recusants, Diallos will appear in the drawing room in Volcano Manor.
- After defeating Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy or completing one of Tanith's requests, speak to Diallos again and exhaust his dialogue.
- Liurnia of the Lakes (Jarburg)
- After progressing the Jar-Bairn's questline, Diallos will relocate to Jarburg in Liurnia of the Lakes.
- After resting at a Site of Grace five times, return to Jarburg to find Diallos dying. Speak to him and then reload the area to obtain Diallos's Mask and Hoslow's Petal Whip.
