Effects

• Grants the ability to apply the following additional affinities at a Site of Grace when using Ashes of War:
  • Heavy: boosts Strength scaling, reduces base damage and removes Dexterity scaling.
  • Keen: boosts Dexterity scaling, reduces base damage and Strength scaling.
  • Quality: balances both Strength and Dexterity scaling, lowers base damage.

Acquisition

Location: Stormveil Castle

• The Iron Whetblade is looted from a corpse in an armory connected to the main hall with the Grafted Scion.
• The doorway is sealed by an Imp Statue that requires x1 Stonesword Key.

Notes

• Unlike many Key Items, the Iron Whetblade carries over into New Game Plus (NG+).
