Found in a bowl at the bottom of a cliff south of the Caria Manor in Liurnia of the Lakes, guarded by several small Fingercreepers and one large one.
From the Sorcerer's Isle Site of Grace, right next to Testu's Rise, head north along the coast until a low-lying and forested area is found and then continue north. Be careful with approaching, as the large Fingercreeper is hiding in the ground right next to the bowl.
