Great Horned Tragoth, or simply Tragoth, is an NPC in Elden Ring.
Overview[]
Cladded in the giant horns of a bull-goat, mighty Tragoth is a silent knight famed for aiding many Tarnished against the adversities of the Lands Between.[1]

- Liurnia of the Lakes (Ruin-Strewn Precipice Overlook)
His summon sign is found outside the fog gate of Magma Wyrm Makar, alongside Blackguard and Millicent's, if you've initiated their questlines.
- Caelid (Chamber Outside the Plaza)
His summon sign is found within Starscourge Radahn's arena, where he can assist in fighting Radahn.
- Leyndell, Royal Capital (Outer Wall Battleground)
His summon sign is found near a tree shortly before the Draconic Tree Sentinel.
- Liurnia of the Lakes (Magma Wyrm)
His invasion sign is found near the Site of Grace.

- Summon him at any location to receive the "Casual Greeting" Gesture.

- After joining the Volcano Manor and eliminating Old Knight Istvan under Tanith's request, talk to Patches the Untethered to receive Letter to Patches, unlocking Tragoth's invasion sign in Liurnia once Magma Wyrm Makar is defeated.
- Once the Great-Horned One is defeated, awarding you with the Bull-Goat Set, Rune Arc x1 and Furlcalling Finger Remedy x1, return to Patches twice to receive the Magma Whip Candlestick.

Like many of Elden Ring's NPCs, Tragoth has a uniquely modeled face with reddish hair, blue eyes, a heavyset jawline with sideburns, and a large scar across his nose.
