Great Heal is an incantation spell in Elden Ring. It is one of the Two Fingers incantations.
Description[]
Superior incantation of the Two Fingers' faithful.
Greatly heals HP for the caster and nearby allies. Hold to continue praying and delay activation.
The Two Fingers has high hopes for the Tarnished; that even if they should be wounded, even should they fall, they will continue to fight for their duty.

9,000 Runes by Brother Corhyn after he moves to Altus Plateau. - Should Corhyn die before purchasing this Incantation from him, the player can still purchase it from the Twin Maiden Husks for the same price after giving them Corhyn's Bell Bearing.
- WARNING: If the player lights the Forge of the Giants before this incantation appears in Corhyn's inventory, it will become unavailable for that character until a new Journey is started.
Effects[]
The caster kneels in prayer, healing HP equal to 364% of their Faith-based Incantation Scaling, and heals nearby allies for 207% of the same.
Nearby Revenants and Revenant Followers take damage equal to 50% of their maximum HP plus an additional 300 HP. This attack also breaks their Stance, causing them to become staggered.

- Costs 45 FP per cast.
- Costs 40 Stamina per cast.
- Requires 1 Memory Slot to be equipped.
- Restores HP equal to 8.09% of Incantation Scaling for each FP spent.
- The healing effect can be delayed indefinitely by holding the casting button, which is helpful if an ally is not yet within range.
Strategies[]
- Great Heal is generally the most efficient healing incantation when acquired, as the stronger Lord's Heal is slightly less efficient and the significantly stronger Erdtree Heal is acquired much later.
- The healing amount is based on the Faith scaling of an equipped sacred seal. Seals that scale with other attributes will result in reduced healing effectiveness compared to those that focus solely on Faith.
- This spell breaks the stance of Revenants and Revenant followers, allowing you to quickly cast it again for a potential quick kill.
