Flame, Grant Me Strength is an incantation spell in Elden Ring. It is one of the Fire Monk incantations.
Description[]
Superior incantation of the Fire Monks.
Creates an invigorating fire within that enhances physical and fire-affinity attack power.
This incantation does not burn the caster, and so it is considered forbidden by the guardians of the Flame.
Acquisition[]
- This incantation can be located on a body behind/on the eastern side of Fort Gael in Caelid. It is guarded by two Flame Chariots.
Effects[]
Flame, Grant Me Strength applies a Body Buff with a duration of 30 seconds:
- Raises the Attack Power of Physical and Fire attacks by +20% (15% in PvP).
- Raises Stamina recovery speed by +5/s.
Notes[]
- Costs 28 FP per cast.
- Costs 16 Stamina per cast.
- Requires 1 Memory Slot.
- The Stamina recovery speed increase is an extra 11.1% compared to the base Stamina recovery speed of 45/s.
Boosting[]
- Old Lord's Talisman increases the duration from 30 to 39 seconds.
Strategies[]
- One of the strongest re-usable offensive Body Buffs, if a bit limited in applicable damage types.
- Strong for most weapon-wielders, those using Giants' Flame Incantations, Godslayer Incantations, Frenzied Flame Incantations, or Bestial Incantations, or a sorcerer using Rock Sling or Meteorite.
- While it's a very strong buff, it's relatively long casting time and short duration makes it hard to re-cast during combat and to make it one of the last Buffs cast before combat.
- Stacks well with offensive Aura Buffs such as Golden Vow spell.
Trivia[]
- This incantation is regarded as one of the higher-level abilities among the Fire Monks.
