Background[]
The finger readers were oracles who interpreted the language of light spoken by the Two Fingers. They acted as mediums through whom the Fingers communicated the wisdom of the Greater Will.
They were said to live life eternal.[1] However, many dead Finger Reader Crones can be found between the Erdtree Sanctuary and Queen's Bedchamber in Leyndell, Royal Capital, presumably having died of unnatural causes. Those still alive may have served their Fingers at the Divine Towers, but since they are all dead, the crones have lost their purpose, which is why they desperately wish to read someone's fingers. The only named one is Enia, found in the Roundtable Hold, and she is the only one who is still interprets the words of her Two Fingers.
