Fallen Hawk Soldiers are enemies in Elden Ring.
Overview[]
The Fallen Hawks are company of slaves from Stormveil once ordered to explore the Eternal City.[1][2] When the last of their embers had been used up, they resorted to burning the bones of their fellows for light. This led to them acquiring Ghostflame, but sealed their fates as dwellers of the underground rivers for eternity.[3] An upside-down, perpetually falling hawk serves as their emblem.
The soldiers are pale and skeletal in appearance, lacking armour aside from a few who wear crude helmets. They are missing eyes, and their noses have worn away. They appear to have holes drilled into their heads. The soldiers wield a variety of armaments, including spears, swords, greatshields, heater shields, ghostflame torches, and bows that fire arrows tipped with ghostflame. Their methods are somewhat crude, yet they work well together as a squadron.[4][5]

Notes[]
- Headless Fallen Hawk Soldiers populate Noklateo, the Shrouded City and an area of the Great Hollow in Elden Ring Nightreign.
- Several Silver Tears mimic Fallen Hawk Soldiers at Night's Sacred Ground.
- Due to the demoralizing name and imagery of their emblem, the Fallen Hawks were once the original members of Stormveil before the Storm Lord's defeat at the hands of Godfrey and the Golden Order's seizure of their castle.
