The Elder's Hovel is a lone shack overlooking the Abyssal Woods, located on the Gravesite Plain behind and below the Fort of Reprimand. A Stranded Soul at this location calls out to Bayle the Dread at the Jagged Peak, urging him to destroy the ancient dragons.[1][2]
