- If Knight Bernahl is killed prior to acquiring this key, the Twin Maiden Husks will offer his expanded stock via Bernahl's Bell Bearing.
- If Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy is defeated by bypassing the Volcano Manor through the Abductor Virgin in the Academy of Raya Lucaria, this item will be found on Tanith's chair.
