Dragonclaw is an incantation spell in Elden Ring. It is one of the Dragon Communion Incantations.
Description[]
One of the incantations of Dragon Communion.
Transforms caster into a dragon to tear through foes with dragon claws. Allows one follow-up attack.
Incantation of those who have hunted dragons and feasted upon their hearts. Theirs is a pure and overwhelming power.
Acquisition[]
Dragon Communion: Limgrave / Caelid / Jagged Peak
- Acquired from the altar at the Church of Dragon Communion in Limgrave, the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid, or the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion in the Realm of Shadow for 1 Dragon Heart.
Effects[]
Lifts up and creates a massive dragon claw to slam down with. Follow-up for a second slam, with a longer aftercast.
Notes[]
- Deals Physical damage.
- Damage is boosted by holding Dragon Communion Seals in an active hand.
- Grants heavy Hyper armor to resist attacks and also avoids some attacks that can be jumped over.
- While casting it twice in a row with the same Sacred Seal will incur a long cooldown period after the second cast, alternating casts between Seals (one in each hand) will allow for a chain that can last as long as the user's FP lasts or until they are knocked out of the air (Stamina will almost fully recover between casts).
Trivia[]
- Patch 1.04 reduced the FP cost from 42 to 32, and Patch 1.07 further reduced the FP cost from 32 to 24.
