Dragon King's Cragblade is a melee armament found in Elden Ring.
Description[]
Piercing Gravel Stone sword containing primeval lightning. A portion of the Dragonlord's power, gained from a remembrance.
This weapon commands great power over the paltry, mortal dragons of today.
Unique Skill: Thundercloud Form
Temporarily transform into a red thundercloud and fly through the air, then plunge down with a lightning-infused blade. Hold to increase the reach of the thundercloud form.

Acquisition[]
Trade the Remembrance of the Dragonlord, gained by defeating Dragonlord Placidusax, with Finger Reader Enia.
Alternatively, use one of the Wandering Mausoleums to duplicate one (can only obtain one per playthrough using either method).
Notes[]
- Has a 30% damage boost against Dragons and a 15% damage boost against Ancient Dragons.
- Since this weapon primarily deals Pierce-type damage, which is most dragons weakness, it is well suited to this anti-dragon role. Be aware that Borealis, the Freezing Fog, is a Pierce-resistant dragon and that all Ancient Dragons resist the secondary Lightning damage.
- The Dexterity-scaling is responsible for increasing both the Physical damage and the Lightning damage.
- The Physical/Lightning split is roughly 60%/40%.
- Scales best with Dexterity, up to the 80 point softcap.
- The skill is chargeable, benefiting from the Godfrey Icon.
- Has a unique heavy attack, shared with the Bloody Helice. In comparison with the default one, found on the Godskin Stitcher, the regular heavy attack has longer reach, the charge heavy attack is a lunging thrust instead of a short-ranged double thrust, and the feint (done by dodging when charging a heavy attack).
Trivia[]
- Patch 1.04 decreased the skill's cost from 35 FP to 28 FP, decreased its recovery time, and decreased the damage of the uncharged version of the skill. Also increased skill cast speed.
- Patch 1.07 increased the directional control of the skill.
- Patch 1.08 reduced the speed of crouching light attacks and the stagger of two-handed jumping heavy attacks, and also the poise damage of all attacks in PvP.
Upgrading[]
- This weapon is upgraded with Somber Smithing Stones.
- This weapon can't be infused with Ashes of War or buffed.
