Cemeteries

Cemeteries are a recurring type of unmarked location of the Lands Between in Elden Ring.

Overview

They are characterized by several rows of stone coffins containing several Golden Runes, items which the Tarnished can use to obtain a certain number of Runes at any time they please. Due to them being out in the open and lightly guarded they are a decent source of easy runes, particularly valuable early on in the journey. There are a total 21 cemeteries in The Lands Between.

Haight Cemetery	x4 Golden Rune 1 Golden Rune 2 Golden Rune 3 Golden Rune 4	3,200 Runes	Can be found by the foot of the cliffs south-west of Fort Haight. It is visible on the map and is guarded by a pack of Lone Wolves.
Tombsward Cemetery	x4 Golden Rune 1 Golden Rune 2 Golden Rune 3	2,000 Runes	Can be found south-east of the Isolated Merchant's Shack (Weeping Peninsula) and south-west of the Tower of Return. It is visible on the map and is left unguarded.
Stormhill Cemetery	x2 Golden Rune 1 x2 Golden Rune 2 Golden Rune 3 Golden Rune 5	3,800 Runes	One of the earliest cemeteries the Tarnished can encounter, and as of game version 1.09 is not visible on the in-game map what so ever. It is guarded primarily by Lookout Stones and Wild Mouflons.
Summonwater Cemetery (West)	x3 Golden Rune 1 Golden Rune 2 x2 Golden Rune 4 Golden Rune 6 Fevor's Cookbook 1	5,400 Runes	Can be found on the cliffs south-west of Summonwater Village. It is visible on the map and is completely unguarded. It also contains the Fevor's Cookbook 1 which makes Sleep Pots available for crafting.
Summonwater Cemetery (East)	x5 Golden Rune 1 Golden Rune 2 Golden Rune 5	3,000 Runes	Can be found on the cliffs south-east of Summonwater Village. It is visible on the map and is completely unguarded.
Gate Town Cemetery	x2 Golden Rune 1 x3 Golden Rune 2 x2 Golden Rune 3 x2 Golden Rune 4 Golden Rune 5	7,200 Runes	Can be found in the water west of the Academy Gate Town in Liurnia. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by several blue Miranda Sprouts along with a blue Giant Miranda Sprout.

It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by several Revenant Followers.

Jarburg Cemetery	Golden Rune 1 x2 Golden Rune 2 x2 Golden Rune 3 Golden Rune 6	4,600 Runes	Can be found south of Jarburg. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is not guarded by any enemies.
Frenzied Flame Village Cemetery	Golden Rune 1 Golden Rune 2 x4 Golden Rune 3 Golden Rune 4 Golden Rune 7	7,500 Runes	Can be found south-west of the Church of Inhibition. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by a several frenzied Miranda Sprouts along with a frenzied Giant Miranda Sprout.
Gael Cemetery	Golden Rune 1 Golden Rune 2 Golden Rune 3	1,400 Runes	Can be found south-west of the Rotview Balcony Site of Grace in Caelid. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by Skeletal Slimes.
Caelem Cemetery	Golden Rune 1 x2 Golden Rune 2 Golden Rune 5	2,600 Runes	Can be found on a cliff east of Caelem Ruins. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by several Putrid Corpses.
Caelid Highway Cemetery	x2 Golden Rune 1 x2 Golden Rune 2 x2 Golden Rune 3	3,600 Runes	Can be found south-west of the Caelid Highway South Site of Grace. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by several Wandering Nobles.
Dragonbarrow Cemetery	Golden Rune 1 Golden Rune 3 Golden Rune 6 x Golden Rune 8	6,000 Runes	Can be found on the cliffs south-west above Lenne's Rise. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is left unguarded.
Stormcaller Cemetery	Golden Rune 3 x2 Golden Rune 4 x2 Golden Rune 6	7,200 Runes	Can be found south of the Sainted Hero's Grave. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by Golden Rams.
Hermit Village Cemetery	Golden Rune 2 Golden Rune 4 Golden Rune 6	3,600 Runes	Can be found between the lava pool south of Fort Laiedd and before the Hermit's Shack. It is not visible on the map as of game version 1.09 and is guarded by a pack of Demi-Humans.
