Bonny Village

Bonny Village is a location within the Realm of Shadow in Shadow of the Erdtree.

Overview[]

The Bonny Village is located in eastern Scadu Altus, accessible through the fissure in the Moorth Ruins. Entry into the village requires descending into the pit, landing on a slanted structure, and navigating through a collapsed building and tunnel. A ladder leads up to a well that emerges near the Bonny Village Site of Grace.

A shallow ravine divides the village, with the remains of a collapsed bridge at its center. The eastern and western halves are densely packed with greatjars and numerous hanging pots. The hornsent inhabitants conducted rebirth rituals, sealing shamans and other undesirables into jars.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]

North of the village, on the western side, a headless statue stands before a dead tree in a clearing. The O Mother gesture can be found at its feet. Nearby, the shed skin of a large serpent is present, resembling the snake at the Temple of Eiglay. A bridge to the south leads to the Bonny Gaol, where the potentates stored their Jar Innards. To the east, another bridge leads to the Whipping Hut, with a road extending northward toward the Cathedral of Manus Metyr and the Shadow Keep, Church District.
