Bloody Finger Nerijus is a mini-boss NPC invader in Elden Ring.
Walkthrough[]
Nerijus will spawn in Limgrave along the riverbed beneath the bridge where the Night's Cavalry spawns at night, just as one nears the Murkwater Cave entrance. He'll spawn at the far end of the riverbed and start running towards the player.
It's recommended to either clear out all Those Who Live in Death near the bridge before spawning Nerijus, or keep to the other end of the riverbed, where Nerijus spawns in.
If needing assistance, run back towards the bridge area to buy some time for Bloody Finger Hunter Yura to spawn in, who'll help assist in fighting Nerijus, though he can still be killed by Nerijus.
