Bloody Finger Nerijus is a mini-boss NPC invader in Elden Ring.
Overview[]
A member of the Bloody Fingers, Nerijus is a Tarnished driven mad by bloodlust and in service to Mohg, Lord of Blood.prowls along a shallow river in Limgrave, waiting to ambush Tarnished. When Nerijus attempting to ambush a Tarnished by invading them outside the cave, Yura, who knew him by name, came to the Tarnished's assistance.
Walkthrough[]
Nerijus will spawn in Limgrave along the riverbed beneath the bridge where the Night's Cavalry spawns at night, just as one nears the Murkwater Cave entrance. Like other NPC invaders, when he arrives, the Tarnished will be unable to use Torrent, leave the immediate vicinity, or enter the cave. He'll spawn at the far end of the riverbed and start running towards the player.
It's recommended to either clear out all Those Who Live in Death near the bridge before spawning Nerijus, as they can be a nuisance while fighting him, You can also avoid them by keeping to the other end of the riverbed, closer to where Nerijus spawns in.
Nerijus is aggressive and armed with a pair of Reduvia daggers that give him a mix of quick ranged and melee attacks that all inflict bleed buildup. However, he is fairly easy to knock around with a two-handed or heavy weapon; his poise is low due to his light armor set. If needing assistance, run back towards the bridge area to buy some time for Bloody Finger Hunter Yura to spawn in, who'll help assist in fighting Nerijus, though he can still be killed by Nerijus. The two of you together can keep him stunlocked with ease.
