When applying an affinity using physical or occult-type ashes of war, an additional affinity of poison, blood, or occult can be chosen.

- Grants the ability to apply the following additional affinities at a Site of Grace when using Ashes of War:
- Poison: adds poison buildup and boosts Arcane scaling; lowers other passive buildup, Physical damage, and Strength/Dexterity scaling.
- Blood: adds blood loss buildup and Arcane scaling; lowers Physical damage, Strength/Dexterity scaling, and other Passive Effects.
- Occult: adds Arcane scaling; lowers all Physical and stat scalings.

- Found on a corpse beside the altar overlooking a Giant Silver Tear in the lower section of Nokron, Eternal City, accessible from the
Ancestral Woods Site of Grace.
