Bestial Vitality is an incantation spell in Elden Ring. It is one of the Bestial Incantations.
Description[]
Incantation taught by Gurranq, the Beast Clergyman.
Fills the body with bestial vigor, restoring HP over a period of time.
Having gained intelligence, the beasts must have felt how their wildness slipped away as civilization took hold.
Acquisition[]
Quest Item: Bestial Sanctum, Greyoll's Dragonbarrow
Effects[]
Infuses the body with bestial vigor to grant health regeneration to them, healing 5 HP per second for 120 seconds (600 HP in total).
Notes[]
- Costs 18 FP per cast.
- Costs 10 Stamina per cast.
- Requires 1 Memory Slot to equip.
- Can move slowly during casting.
Boosting[]
- Old Lord's Talisman extends both the duration and total healing by 30%, increasing the total HP restored to 780.
Strategies[]
- The HP regeneration effect stacks with the Blessed Dew Talisman and Icon Shield, but not with Blessing's Boon, Blessing of the Erdtree, or Crimsonburst Crystal Tear.
- This is the only HP regenerating incantation that is caster-only, but it's also the most FP-efficient one, letting the caster slowly regain their health during their travels (or simply cower in a corner over the fairly long duration).
Trivia[]
- Flame, Grant Me Strength has the same icon for its spell scroll, just red instead of beige.
