Bestial Constitution is an incantation spell in Elden Ring. It is one of the Bestial Incantations.
Description[]
Incantation taught by Gurranq, the Beast Clergyman.
Fills the body with bestial vigor, alleviating buildup of frost and blood loss.
Having gained intelligence, the beasts must have felt how their wildness slipped away as civilization took hold.
Acquisition[]
Guaranteed Drop: Greyoll's Dragonbarrow
- Bestial Constitution drops from a Scarab near the western cliffs on the southern side of Farum Greatbridge.
Effect[]
Removes any Blood Loss and Frostbite build-up on the caster, and removes any applied Frostbite.

- Costs
10 FP per cast. - Costs 10 Stamina per cast.
- Requires 1 Memory Slot to equip.
- Can move slowly while casting.
Strategies[]
- Somewhat limited in utility, as Blood Loss and Frostbite are usually quickly applied with no time to counter and provide their respective effect immediately upon being applied (except for Frostbite's lasting defence debuff).
