Turn in bell bearings to the Twin Maiden Husks
Bell Bearings are Key Items in Elden Ring and Shadow of the Erdtree that can be given to the Twin Maiden Husks to expand their inventory. There are 51 to collect in the base game and an additional 10 to be found in the DLC.
Overview[]
Merchants usually drop their respective Bell Bearings when they die, either from being killed by the player or from scripted events. When given to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold, the bearing will grant access to the inventory they used to sell.
Some other Bell Bearings can be found scattered throughout the Lands Between, or dropped by certain enemies such as the Bell-Bearing Hunter upon defeat. They can also be found in the Land of Shadow, hidden in hanging jars that must be destroyed with ranged attacks to release the bearings.
The benefits of generic Bell Bearings given to the Twin Maiden Husks will carry over into New Game Plus. However, those of named characters, such as Iji's Bell Bearing, will not carry over. These may be collected again when the character dies.
