Ashen remains in which spirits yet dwell. Use to summon the spirit of Battlemage Hugues.
Hugues came from Sellia to study the Haima Conspectus at the academy, where he became a battlemage. Haima scholars seek to quell conflict with cannon fire and the gavel, but Hugues developed a longing for it.

- The Spirit Ash of Battlemage Hugues is obtained upon defeating Battlemage Hugues within the Sellia Evergaol in Caelid.
Notes[]
- Upgraded with Ghost Gloveworts.
- Summons a Battlemage that can cast Great Glintstone Shard, Gavel of Haima and Cannon of Haima, and uses a club.
- Deals Magic damage with the spells and Strike damage with the club.
- Its Cannon spell can actually deal incredibly heavy knockback, forcing even Crucible Knights to be thrown several meters away.
- Very high FP cost to summon.
- More durable than the other mages but not as capable of dealing damage.
