Usable on polearms capable of thrusting, heavy thrusting swords, and twinblades.

Guaranteed Drop: Liurnia of the Lakes
- Drops from a Teardrop Scarab in Liurnia of the Lakes. North of the Fallen Ruins of the Lake Site of Grace, hanging from the ceiling in an archway above a bunch of poison-spewing Land Squirt. A bow is advised to hit the scarab and make it fall.
Once this item has been obtained, it can be duplicated by trading in Lost Ashes of War to Smithing Master Hewg.
